Warm up with a jog around the track
15-20 minutes of suicides (get creative and instead of running, skip or hop on one leg)
4 sets of 50 Lunges (25 on each leg)
50 Calf Raises (Regular Stance)
25 Calf Raises (toes pointing out, like "Plee- Ay"
25 Calf Raises (toes pointing in, heels pointing out)
3 sets of two minute wall sits
NOTE: For calf raises, it's usually better if they are done on a bench or a curb with heels hanging off, so only the balls of you feet are on the surface of the bench or curb
2 sets of 40 backwards push ups (with fingers facing out)
2 sets of 40 backwars push ups (with fingers facing in)
As many superman's as possible, but each must be held for 30 seconds.
Note: What is a superman? Lay sprawled out on tummy, and then lift arms and legs using tummy muscles (the goal is to look like a "U" shape)
3 sets of 20 Heel Touchs
Note: What is a heel touch? Lay in a crunch position, but keep your back on the floor. Then reach for your heels while maintaining the original position (works side abs)
2 sets of plank position (hold the plank for 1 minute)
2 sets of 25 leg lifts on each leg
Note: What is a leg lift? Lay on side and lift leg
