We want to make games as fun as possible! Please be thinking of ways to make this happen! This could mean baking cookies for the opposing team's cheerleaders...or even bringing snacks for your own team. Maybe even a team sleep over after practice, etc.

FLYERS! Don't forget to be stretching on your own to perfect those one-legged stunts! Using a belt, a dogleash or even a rope will help you get the best stretch while maintaining your balance!
BASES AND BACKS! Use the conditioning exercises above to strengthen your legs and arms for stunts- a little bit everyday will make all the difference when your lifting your athlete!

EVERYONE! Stretch and practice your jumps at home! Practicing your jumps on your own time means less jump conditioning at practice!
